I can't find it

I usually find the person in a discussion and then click on their name. At the top of the page is a search box and you can set it to look in MyLot for that person. Sometimes it works and sometimes it don't. Is there a particular person you are looking for?? We could put a search party together if needed.

If you're looking for a user then put this link in your browser

http://www.mylot.com/username

and replace 'username' with the name of the person you are trying to find.

I find it quite difficult to do that, but I have done it. It doesn't work every time though. I put the name up in search and click on Mylot or Discussion up at the top where the search is. Sometimes the name will show up in a discussion and sometimes not.

I've always heard that you can google someone, just get on google and type in their name, but there's liable to be several people come up with the same name, but it will give you addresses and phone numbers I think. I looked myself up on there one time, I didn't know there were that many ppl with the same name as mine..haha.

Yes, we can search an existing member on mylot. You need to know the log in or say screen name of that person, before going for a search. You can see a tab on top of your page which has 'search' inscribed in organge colour and there is a blank box on the left of it. On its top there are various options and the second option is 'mylot' you need to click 'mylot' and simultaneously type the screen name of the member you are looking for. This way you can search the member. I have searched in this manner and succeeded on many occasions. All the best.
