All of us wants to be healthy and physically fit and as much as possible we do not want to get sick.So we do a lot of things just to stay healthy.Some take vitamins and some food supplements, some just take natural ways like eating the right food and exercise and avoiding alcohol, smoking and etc.To be healthy, what are the things you do?

hi there ennylanz? What do I do to become healthy? Let me first define heath by world health organization: Health is a complete state of physical, mental, and social well being and not merely the absence of a disease or infirmity. I have memorized this in school. I am a nursing student, by the way. Well, I exercise everyday for 30 to 40 minutes. I eat vegetables and fruits daily and I take my multivitamins. I no longer smoke and drink and I avoid people who are smoking and drinking because they can influence me to do those vices. I avoid fatty and salty foods. I drink green tea everyday because it has antioxidants that helps fight all kinds of cancers. The most important thing of all I keep a healthy mind by reading everyday. I also pray. I also built a good relationship with the people surrounding me. What affects the mind could affect the whole health of a person. happyhappyhappy

To stay healthy,you must have proper diet,good sleeping habit and good exercise. then probably quit smoking and too much drinking alcohols.And besides you can take vitamins and eating fresh fruits.
