how to get rid of pimples at my back  | |  I dont get many pimples in my face, sometimes i will only get 1 or 2, but i just have a problem wtih my back. Its like I want to have smooth back but the problem is i get red dots there and yes they are pimples. Help everyone, How can i get rid of it?

If you have a spouse, ask them to scrub you good for a few days and avoid spraying deodorant on your back to let the pores breath. If you are single, I would reccomend a back brush with a coarse loofa?sp and a good non oily soap.
I can't stand to have a pimple, stiff hair or mole on my back and have to have my wife help to remove anything like this because they drive me nuts itching!
