What Is the Oldest Mobile Phone that you can Remember?

The oldest one I can remember is the first one that I owned, it was a Nokia 101 it was very big. I remememer one of my friends asking why I had a phone box hanging off my belt

But it was a cool phone it was the same one Mulder used in the first series of the X Files.

I remember the one Julia Roberts used in Pretty Woman. It was like a shoe with buttons on it and the antenna pulled about a foot out of the top. And at that time, it was state of the art!!!<3 I remember beepers. I HAD to have one, so that people could beep me when I was nowhere near a phone, and beep me again when I didn't answer in 5 minutes...:D

Not sure of the make or model, but I remember my Uncle having this huge phone with a long antenna on it. It must have weighed more a dozen of todays phones.

We still pick on him today for the phone he had back then LOL

For one, they never failed to work, very powerful, too powerful according to standards, and they were the symbol of prestige.
Imagine walking down the street and getting the look..you know the one that says,
"check it out that guy is pretty icy, a portable phone!"

Anyway, yeah they were pretty hilarious.

Y'know... back when mobile phones were extremely new and insanely expensive, my older brother owned a car phone.
He really wanted a mobile phone, but couldn't afford one, so he made his car phone into a mobile phone.
He had to pack all the electrics into a big carry bag and he used to carry it around like a backpack lmfao.

The biggest mobile phone I ever owned was about half the size of a common house brick. I thought it was awesome at the time lol.

Hey there! Well, the oldest model of mobile phone that I remember would probably the huge Motorola. The one that looks like a walky-talky. I use to see that when I was a little boy. Nokia 3310 too was one of the oldest phone that I can remember. Have a nice day! Happy posting!!

it was probably 3310 that i can remember with its model number. ofcourse there were many more designs before the release of this one but i dont recall thier model numbers
