What kind of dictionary do you use? online dictionary or book dictionary? classy  

I use book dictionaries of Oxford University. I use a pocket dictionary and a big dictionary, both have almost same content but the bigger one is more useful to me

I have never ever used internet as my dictionary.

For general reference and information I goto Wikipedia. I'm using Firefox so I add the Wikipedia add-on search on my search bar.

If you are using MS Windows. Try to install this and its free - "WordWeb" -
Download in here http://wordweb.info/free/
After installing it will be on the system notification area. And it is integrated on browser either Firefox or Internet Explorer. Just highlight the word the mouse click it will automatic pops-up the WordWeb for the definitions of the highlighted word.

i use both online and book dictionary.

but i prefer the online dictionary.

it's easier and faster too.

and the possibilities of getting more meanings than

that of book dctionary is very high on the net..........

Though there are free dictionaries online, i still prefer the book dictionary.. i don't know, i just find them more reliable as those books are well reviewed by the experts.. you know, not all info we find over the internet are accurate as even ordinary people like me can invent something(that isn't accurate/reliable) at all for the sake of money.. i have this dictionary that i've got from my aunt wayback in elementary years and you know what? i'm still using it right now..=)

Online dictionaries are fine, but I never seem to remember that they exist. I have a variety of dictionaries, all of them English language, which I use rarely. I want to go to the right kind for the material I'm searching. Maybe it's because I'm an English teacher - I have everything from a little paperback to an Oxford English Dictionary, the King!

I use both. When I'm online, I just use online dictionary as it's easier to access.

You can find words easily online. Just type what you're searching for, and NADA! Mr google is very efficient... :D

I usually do use an online dictionary because you get an answer really fast. However, I do own a copy of a book dictionary and I think it is sensible to have one. I mean, what would you do if the internet wasn't working one day?

I will usually use an printed dictionary. I have used an online dictionary many of times. It is good when you are unsure of a word that you saw online. It is very helpful to have around. I will use both when needed, I always have a printed dictionary at home with me.

mostly time availableon internet so i use online dictionaries,but i have oxford digital dictionary that help me a lot ,that is very easy to carry .it is my favourite gadgate also.
