Interesting ... what I meant by 'bring me down'. When I'm angry or stressed I feel like I'm inflated like a balloon floating on the end of a string and can't 'get at and be doing with' the source of my frustration. I need to get shot of that 'powerless' feeling, come down to earth and deal with things sensibly.
