How long are you going to live!!  | |  I have noticed that people of yesteryears live long say about 100 yrs and above but now a days the life spans are getting shorter and shorter due to our own faults ofcourse, i life styles have become ficticious we breath a lot of toxics and we eat the food that is toxic too. These days the live span of a person is around say sixty to seventy years at the most plus and minus a few execptional cases. Now my question here is that is the life span of an average person keep on reducing as years to come?? I ask this because i have seen this trend of reduction in ages since last two decades. Will this continue? Then where is it going to end??

Then man started improving in every sphere and thru good food, healthy living in harmony with nature and also knowing about herbal medicines and such, the average life span was greatly increased. Then came a huge increase in population and migration and along with it, a host of diseases in inhospitable conditions, which spread with the discovery of new lands and thus again the average life span reduced. Right now, I think the average life span in most countries hovers around 70 or 80 years which is good enough. With further improvements in science and its application in medicine, I don’t think this will come down further.

For me, I expect to live my life up to atleast 50 years old, I am 28 right now but reaching that age will be a wonderful gift. I am not living in a good lifestyle so I don't expect too long span of life. I am just enjoying everything as long as life is here.: D
