So much for "Line by Line" This thing is such a huge bill of pork that no one has been able to read the whole thing yet forget going throuhg it and editing it line by line.

Looks like it is time for the american people to go into subsistance mode. Don't bother earning money, you won't be able to keep it, find a way to produce for yourself in ways that don't have to go through the government. Grow a garden (with food not flowers), ride a bike, learn to hunt, fish etc. Your money is no longer yours, so you will have to find ways to live without it.

I have never been a bomb shelter / end of world guy, but if I have to earn $10 to have enough cash left over after taxes to buy a $2 tomato, I am going to look hard into grown my own stinking tomato.

The only change that has come about with the Obama administration is the fact that there is the Democrat trifecta. They have control of every single aspect of the federal government, so whatever they want passed will get passed. Don't you think that it's a little strange that it only took about 2 weeks to write this 1000 page bill? I think they had it already written, and were just waiting to get it passed. They probably spent those two or so weeks drafting an opening paragraph.

It astonishes me that people really thought the Democrats would change anything. We need a whole governmental reform, not the same thing with a different face.

What the hell do we expect? I want to believe that even the most blind of the leftist acolytes (and trough-sharing Republicans) has to see the danger we are facing. I sit here, dumbfounded, every night waiting to wake up from this nightmare. We have failed miserably as stewards of the Constitution and have doomed our children to lives of unemployment, burdened by debt and a bloated over-reaching socialist government, with little hope of having a life better than ours. After each election, we are ignored until the next election cycle.The next two years, at least, will be the worst our country has faced in my lifetime. I see NO ONE out there who can lead us out of this abyss.

I don't know if Obama thinks we're all stupid or what. We know he's lying, he knows we know he's lying. Who does he think he's fooling? I have never seen so much justified criticism put on a new president in my life. What's his plan if it causes our nation to fail? Head off to Kenya? I don't think Michelle and the girls would like it there.

The Americans should have figured something about Obama's character when they had that millions of dollars inauguration and when he chose his new cabinet with those who figured as he did that children were a punishment. They should have known that he did not intend to listen to the American people, only to the drones. There are some things that are necessary, but even that list I read are mostly toys for a spoiled kid, as you say. Why does he need a brand new helicopter and why golf carts? I can see getting Detroit to build more hybrid and electric cars, and seeing if there are more economical ways to use Fossi energy, but the other stuff?
And the American people will have to pay for all this. You know a Second Great Depression looks in the works and it might spread to Canada and if it does, we have a shorter growing season.

If Obama was Pinocchio his nose would be so long it would touch the ground. And he think the public is stupid...well, at least the ones voted for him. He can pull anything over them and always does.

that are what presidents do. they will promise so many things that they will do and won't do so that they will gather enough votes to win. but by the time they sit in office they will just throw all those promises away and as if they have not said one thing of any of those beautiful promises. as if these presidents suddenly had memory loss that they can't remember any thing and will just do exactly the opposite of what they had promised the country.

in the very beginning i doubted if this president will be different at all from George Bush. I am not wrong about it. Cause i know that once you have been in a high position such as the president that you will succumb to so much pressure that your good vision you once had will just disappear .
