How often do you use your camera?

I have a digital camera to, and I don't use it that often because, I don't have any interesting pictures to take, only when we have a family get together, and that is once a yesr, that's if any of us have any money, for us to go any where, but if we don't we all get together, at my sisters house, and we have a good time over there, we have a cook out and just share old memories.

i frequently use my camera, it has been two years we have taken a digital camera and we use it most of the times. we go out on a trip frequently and as my son in very young and just 2 and a half we take more of his snaps and also the trip photos and videos and all for remeberence and so it has been a full use of the camera. and now also the camera is working well and the snaps are as good as before.

I do not take too many photos so I don't use my camera much. We have a young child so most of the photos are for her taken in any special moments. Also I would like a photo record of my child. All the photos will end up stored in a few disks. Nothing to do with the old cardboard boxes full of old photos. Today we went to the zoo, so I took a few nice pics of animals. May be I will publish some of them.

A close friend of mine got me into digital photography a few years ago, and I've never looked back.

I upgraded early last year to a better camera and don't stop taking pictures.

I took a whole bunch of pictures of my vacation last summer, they are on my Facebook page.

I also use my camera at home, almost on a daily basis because the pets do some funny things.

Plus I use it for work, it comes in quite handy to show clients the work we do, so they will use our services.


So I get a lot of use out of my camera, never once have I regretted buying it.

Mine is in the closet, too. Sitting there for quite a while now. Well, I just use it when there's really an occasion or when me and my friends go out for a get-together or something like that. I actually love taking pictures and would love to have a classes on photography but I guess I'm having a hard time finding things that I need to take a shot on.

When I'm on holdiays or living somewhere interesting I'll take pictures daily.
I recently moved back to Australia after living in Michigan, and while I was there I was taking about 30 photos each and every day heh.
Now I'm back here my camera mainly gets used to take photos of things I want to sell on ebay.
The last week or so it's definitely been getting a workout heh.

Mine is in the closet too!
infact i have seen my friends keeping their videocams (handycam) in the closet for months together without using them...
i just take it out when i go to a new place or on some special occasions, u can say on an average once in a month.. thats it..

I usually carry a small digital camera with me all the time. If you carry your camera with you, there will always be something to picture, you just need to catch the moment. Try making an album for yourself, for instance starting with the alphabet. A for airplanes, autos, animals (with sub-categories) and shoot, shoot, shoot. A bird drinking water in a fountain or having a bath is an interesting shot. Near the airport a very colorful private jet landing is special. An antique or classic or just an old car in pristine condition is worthwhile. For that matter a bycicle, for instance a Schwinn, or a metal tricicle instead of the modern plastic, toys that you played with in your childhood, photograph places you were in as a child, or places your parents took you to, someday that park may not exist anymore, that house you grew up in, may be torn down, your elementary school, there are so many interesting things that are lost for the lack of just a single shot. You may someday show your grandchildren those places if they still exist and view how things have changed. One thing I like about Denny's restaurants, is how they keep pictures of the original restaurant locations for all to see. I have taken pictures of home's details that I would like to add to mine, and done an album to store for when I restore. Just picture anything you like. At least now you don't have to pay to buy film, pay to process and then pay to print with a digital. I still have my Pentax film camera and still use it, not as much as a digital but.....anyways...carry it with you and just catch the moment. It will make of every day a thrilling experience.

I actually gave myself a project when my youngest son was born....to take at least 1 pic of him everyday for his 1st year. Its amazing how quickly they grow. So to answer the question, I use mine daily...I have actually been looking for it off and on today because the baby had it last night playing with it on the floor.....
I take other pics as well of the other kids and just things in general.
