Light Bulbs: Which Do You Use?you use lamps for your room?or one big bulb?

i m belong to india ,4 year before we usedbig size 100watt blubs but now we use energy saver CFL BLUBS AND TUBES.these reduced our electricity bill by 40 percentage,u know in our area we stared now every one is using these only.

At home I have changed all lights to energy saving ones except bathroom ones and bedside table lamp. I don't like much their colour but now I think there are also ones with a more warm colour. I would like to have a fireplace as it warms the place and gives a nice feeling. Since I don't have it I use the gas heater which is better than electric ones.

In my lounge I have two ceiling lights and each takes three light bulbs. I use energy saving bulbs that last a long time. I have one normal ceiling light in my hall downstairs, hall upstairs, second bedroom and bathroom. In the first bedroom I have a ceiling light that takes three bulbs. The warmth is my house comes from my central heating system. I have it on when the weather is cold and use it a lot in the winter months.

Hmmm.. I prefer to use the big buld cause I dont have lamp. Since we florecentlamp, this is more cost efficient than any other kind of bulb.

some of the compact florecents are nice, I like the bluer light myself, but I can see the difference between some blubs, I think it has more to do with the coating then the method generated

We use flourescent lights at home. It consume less energy than bulb.
