Have any of you seen this show? What do you think? It deals with teenage pregnancy and other trials of teenage life. My girls and I watch it every monday night. It has opened doors of communication for us. At every commercial the girl that is pregnant in the show says "The first conversation that most teenagers have with their parents about sex it telling them that they are pregnant. Parents, don't assume that your children are doing it, and kids, don't assume that if your parents aren't talking to you about it that they don't care." I love this show. My girls do not ever want to go through what this girl has gone through. I've told them that I will take them to the doctors when the time comes that they are ready and that I want them to be safe from pregnancy and disease. They tell me that I will not have to worry about that for a long time, but I will continue to worry because I am a mom. That's my job.
