|  Martha Stewart’s chow puppy was one of 17 dogs killed in an accidental propane explosion at an eastern Pennsylvania kennel.
This is very heartbreaking story and my heart goes out to everyone that's involved. Genghis Kha was a very beautiful dog.

| |  After I realized I could read from the link you sent, I see where there was injuries to both dogs and humans. How terrible this is. I was glad to see Martha Stewart offered her best to the owner and the truck driver. This has been a huge loss. Sad as it is Thank You for the post.

| |  I just read the link you provided. I haven't heard anything about this incident occuring. I know where that town is, as I lived in Pa the past 4 years. It is a hard thing to go through for all the dog's owners, and the owners of the kennel, as well as the truck driver. It's a shame that it happened.

i heard that Martha Stewart's Chow Chow puppy, Genghis Khan, was one of 17 dogs killed by a propane explosion at Pazzazz Pet Boarding kennel in the Pocono Mountains. The kennel was getting a propane delivery when the tank ignited, setting the pens on fire.
Stewart says on her blog she's "deeply saddened" by the death of her beloved pet, and has Twittered updates on the situation, writing, "a few people got hurt including the propane delivery man we hope they all recover and that the surviving dogs get better." She also says her "heart goes out" to the kennel owner.

| |  How horrible it is for all involved. I am glad not humans where killed I am sorry that there was a loss of animal lives. The article says that there was an explosion but was it the fault of the propane guy or something faulty in the system.
