New Year resolutions

No I don't I always say what I am going to do every year but I don't follow through with it.

Yes, I do. I might not achieve all of them, in fact when I write them I know I probably won't, but at least I will have attempted. It's like that phrase, "Aim for the moon, if you don't make it you'll land among the stars." I feel that resolutions help me focus my life and decide what I really want to be working on over the course of the year.

No, personally I don't. I believe in setting small goals, but I see no point in waiting to start till the end of the year. Waiting will only make archieving your goals harder. My making your targets smaller you will have more little succeses or a couple of successes and a couple of losses, either way it is more motivating than one huge succes that is only of a short time span, or a big loss that will haunt you.

I don't think that I have ever made a New Year resolution in my life. I have embarked on various keep fit campaigns though usually at the beginning of each year without much success so I instinctively know that New Year resolutions are not for me. It doesn't stop me planning ahead though and I like to think of myself as a fairly well organised individual
