 i have 16 dollars in paypal and they won't accpt unvarified payments. it's not fair, i think i should be able to buy membership with the money i worked so hard to earn. my parents think paypal is going to steal their credit card and i have no credit card or debit card i really want to be a member

UK_Shree (1844) | 9 months ago |  Well I would recommend that you open up an account with a card as that is probably the only way in which you will be able to verify your account if your parents will not agree. Plus, if you have your own card, then you can transfer money to your own account from PayPal rather than to your parents bank account. It should only take a few days to open up an account in your own name anyway.
