Has anyone heard of the band "Skinny Puppy" and do you hate them or love them?

My fiance is obsessed with this band but I think they are horrible! They sing about issues like animal cruelty, they are like "goth rock" I guess, even though my fiance isn't goth, it's heavy music, I think it's loud and it gives me a headache.
