I agree with your book on this one. I think you should choose somsone who is right along the same stage of dating that you are. Me and my boyfriend when we started dating we were on toal different levels and to this day we still fight about what we want to do. I like to do things that he doesnt and sometimes he wants to go out with friends and i say no i want to go out with you and you need to choose who is more important in your life. Then he makes a sacrifice he went out to dinner with me and then out with his friends later that night and that worked out fine as long as you know how to settle things everything usually works out in the end. Sorry but I don't agree to this

I agree with this book as well. While you dont have to look for someone who has never dated if you have not dated, I would advise from dating someone who has dated a lot if you are new to dating. This way you are on somewhat equal footing and will be able to learn about dating together where as someone who has more experience may not enjoy the little things that come with just starting to get out there and start dating.

From what that thing said that what it sounds, like but I don't think it's true. I think you can date someone who has dated people before if it's your first date. Everyone starts somewhere and I don't think it makes a difference if they are in the same stage or not. As long as you both have the same idea of what you want from the relationship I think it would be good.
