I am not against religion or one's religious beliefs but to say that in a country where there are a lot of believers dying of AIDS, then I think one should reconsider going about it.

But truly, I don't have to see this link, as I saw it on the news! I personally think, it is time for the Pope to stay out of the bedrooms of the world (putting it in loose terms!) I am spiritual...but not religious (what I am saying is that I do not belong to a religious sect)but grew up in the Catholic world....and this is totally ludicrous! Hmmm...do we NOT have enough HIV/STD's, starving children in the world? Condoms are inexpensive...one case of HIV's medicaton could buy enough condoms to save thousands! You've rattled my chains, dear girl....got me fired up...NOW I have to go back & have another look at that e-mail "boyfriends & husbands!" to make me laugh again. Great discussion...and I swore I would never get involved in religious ones here! Cheers, my Big Apple Girl!
