how i hate not being able to be a member of runescape

I play rs and if jagex let everyone have free membership there prolly wouldn`t be any thing decent for paying members. The money they make from members im sure goes into adding different stuff to the game.

Target sells runescape membership cards that you can buy for a 1 mo. or 3 mo. membership. I know it wasn`t all that expensive for them, check the older updates or try checking in the knowledge base.

I disagree, memberships should be paid and not free. You are already playing RS for free. They might need the mebership fees to upgrade their servers or to add new things.




*In the future, you might realize RS isnt the game for you and there are better games out there is you like RPGs. Such as Final Fantasy, WOW (world of warcraft) there are also many free MMOGRPGs like DOTA (google it)

That was a pretty quick change from 'I think that memberships should be free', to 'try saving from this site for membership money'. Yes, many of us do know about and play Runescape, and if you want to be a member, you pay for it, that's how things roll on this mortal plane, money is exchanged for goods and services. If they made the whole game of Runescape free, then they would have to shut it down quite quickly. 'Why?'you might ask, because I doubt they could make enough money from the advertising revenue to support themselves, and then there would be no Runescape for anybody anymore, so you should really be more careful in what you wish for.

I hate it too but it mean that I have to buy another month of membership.
If it would be free everybody would train member's skills
and all members things would be very cheap,
because there will be tons of them.
All minigames would be full of noobs
and all 120+'s would be followed by level 3's everywhere.
Jagex wouldn't have any money so they will close almost all servers
and stop to make updates.
That would be end of runescape.
You can't pay with money from internet if you don't have a credit card
because runescape doen't accept unveriffied paypal accounts.

I half agree and half disagree. I definitely think that non-members don't get enough, and Jagex should definitely add some more stuff for free paying users. With that said, 5 dollars a month.. actually it's 8 dollars a month, but that isn't such a bad price, because you get a LOT of new stuff. There are extra skills, 3 times as many places to travel, more than a hundred new quests, and fun minigames, and for 8 dollars a month, that isn't bad. Plus, if free members had all the same features as members, then members would either have to have TONS of newer features, or otherwise, they wouldn't have enough features for 8 dollars a month.

I quit runescape along time ago I got to lvl 65 but that will take many months to pay runescape membership while makong money on this site. I hate Jagex they don't make membership free and always making useless updates.
