| |  I use this program consistently with all my photo's. I keep them in the Kodak Gallery and print from this program. I never had this problem before, so can you get into any other programs or to the control panel? If you can get to the other programs and things on your computer than I would delete this and retry. I don't feel the Kodak is a virus.

| |  The software disk is used for older versions of Windows. As of Windows XP, the numerical pictures go well with the computer. I wonder why you have to install this software.
I think that you should try on another computer. If it fails, so the software has an error. You take it to the distributer or producer and claim the tips. If it works, then check your computer.
