Which is harder to say, thanks or sorry?

when it comes to thanks it is something good happening when it comes to sorry who knows what is involved.I guess its harder to say sorry

Yes. I would agree with you. It is harder to say "Sorry" than "Thanks". By saying sorry, you could be admitting something of your fault. So that would mean you have done something wrong which is really awkward.

But by saying both words, I suppose you develop your personality. You learn to appreciate when people do something good for you and that is by saying "Thanks". Also, you learn to accept mistakes and move from there by saying "Sorry".

i think thanks are not hard to say since everything we do with the other pepople we have the tendency to say thank you or thank especially if they have do as a good or better one. I agree with you that sorry is hard to say especially if we this so called pride that we dont want swallow it allow the good side of us to accept our mistakes and to correct it by saying sorry.. Sorry really is just hard to say..I hate saying this word seem if i does it would turn out that i am the most likely to commit mistakes or fault..wasnt it?

Yes, I do agree. Although both the words come from inside, saying sorry means that we have done something wrong and a sense of guilt is always there.

Sorry is definitely the hardest word to say. It means admitting we were wrong and difficult for our egos to take. It's so sad when stubbornness keeps people apart when the one little word could change everything.

Sorry was the word our Aboriginal people wanted to hear from our former Prime Minister in regards to babies being unjustly taken away from them between 1869 and 1969 by government agencies and church missions under acts of parliament; it's rumoured that it still went on in the 1970s.

It is much easier to say thanks then to put our pride aside and apologise.

By the way our Aboriginals got their sorry from our new Prime Minister and rightfully so.

Hello venkataraman_vc! It's hard to say I'm sorry rather than saying thank you because it's hard for us to admit that we are wrong. Sometimes, because of pride, people don't say sorry especially those people who think they are great.

Sorry is actually harder to say.. Because of the feeling of guilt inside you.. However, thanks is a method of conveying appreciation and it's definitely easier to say..

I totally agree with you. The word 'sorry' takes time to come out from the mouth though it comes from the heart immediately.
