If you feel lost or sad do you booze?

Some people drink, some people eat, some people sleep with the wrong person etc. It's just a multitude of things. If i'm down, i'll probably just listen to music or eat chocolate:)

It's a bad habit to get into as life can throw you one way and then the next within a split second so if you can change that, be sure to.

well, it seems you were very disturbed but when you drink at such times it shows that you lack self developemnt. you must be able to handle situations with a satble mind. drinking would nt give you a solution. anything that has happened has happened. you canot bring back the lost time. what you can do is to remember the mistakes that you made. take a lesson from the situation and move on in life forgetting the past.

when I feel sad or lost I usually sleep.Sometimes I will watch my favorite movies or listen to music but mainly I sleep.

I don't drink. It doesn't do anything for me except send me to sleep.
If I'm down about something sleep usually takes over but it rarely happens. I have so much going on that I get distracted and don't have time to get down.

When I am sad or upset I do not turn to alcohol because I think it tends to make things worse then they were. I will do what I can to relax like taking a bath or reading a book to take my mind off of things. I will also talk to my boyfriend about things if I could.

I have seen many people booze when they are really said. One of my friends do the same. He said that he will forget about the issue and gets more courage and confidence to face the issue when he booze in case of a tension. Many people do that for no reason just to have fun or end up a tiring day.
