i am feeling low today

you can remember some happ things you have done.maybe you will be better soon

I hate that feeling. Hopefully you'll have a good day and something cheery will come your way to help things out. But I know these days espeically with the state of the economy it's hard for alot of people to think positivly.

I get those days too. Today for some reason I am a miserable cranky you know what. I think the weather has a lot to do with it. It rained all day. I hope your mood gets better soon.

Hi Ruby! I also had a feeling like yours just 2 days ago,I can relate and I know how hard it is for you to lift up now, but come to think of it, feelings are temporary. That they change. Concentrate on the fact that your circumstances and emotions will change, and that before too long, you’ll be happy again.Slow down, relax and unwind, appreciate things, focus the good things about yourself, just be grateful of all the blessings that we encountered everyday...and you'll be fine and just be happy again..:)
