Do you watch the show...

I think I've seen it only a few times, and I have to agree it's disturbing what people will do. I'm not sure if it's because we have this deference for authority or not, but you'd think people would question, or use a bit of critical thought.

I think after what I'm reading here we'd have to rank it up with the JA show.

Yes I have seen that show, and that episode. I felt the same way when I saw that. I would have never done that. I would have been like just take me to jail if I have to go through all that.

Yes, I have seen the show and that particular episode that you mentioned. About that McDonald's thing. I have a really hard time believing that anyone is that stupid to believe that that was the police on the phone. Even people with half a brain are not THAT stupid. The McDonald's people had to either been in on it and/or getting some enjoyment out of the whole situation.
I think the McDonald's people must have used the "Uh,Duh, I thought it was a cop on the phone" thinking it would get them out of the trouble they would be in.

I don't care if the cop was there in person, that is not something legal a cop would do.

I agree it is very disturbing! It just doesn't make sense.

I've watched bits and pieces of it. I saw just a clip of the one you were talking about with the black woman in the store. The one I watch this people were at like a diner or something and a guy and a girl are on a date. The girl goes to the bathroom and while she is gone the guy slips something into her drink. Only one couple really said anything. It was funny because the husband wanted to say something but his wife kept telling him to be quiet. Finally the husband told the wife to shut up and he made sure that the girl didn't drink the drink. It is scary how so many people will just ignore something bad.

I have never heard of this show but it is more than disturbing as people do tend to obey persons in authjority. I do not like what I read. Again is is exploitation of women. Yesterday we spoke of exploitation of little girls and this is the same kind of exp-loitation. Disgusting. How could they ask the woman to do this? some men are pigs!

well I don't think anything about it because it didn't happen. TV stations are strictly monitored and would not be allowed to run a video like that. I must say I'm a bit surprised that a myLotter would be so naivete as to think others on myLot would fall for a line such as this! May God Help You!

I saw one episode where they had these people come and do this fake infomercial to sale, this fake shampoo thats supposed to grow your hair and they sent this actress in to try the shampoo on her hair and they made it look like her hair fell out and they asked the other people if they still wanted to do the commercial and lie and most of them said yes, but if it were me I would not want to endorse a product, that made false calms.

But yea its a pretty good interesting show.

I don't think I'd find that entertaining. So I probably wouldn't watch. Poor girl. You are right it would be disturbing. Sounds pretty humiliating actually.
