| When I was 11 or 12, I saw Star Wars. I then saw, The Empire Strikes Back, a couple of years later when it came out, then I saw, Return Of The Jedi. All these movies sure had an impact on me, and my story writing. I also sure enjoyed when they came out with the 3 new Star Wars trilogy about when Anakin Sywalker and Obi-One were actually friends and working together as Jedi knights. The 3rd was when Anakin turned on him and soon was almost destroyed becoming Darth Vader after Ben ( Obi-One )just left him there to die. I loved those just as much as the original trilogy I grew up with. So what's your take on these movies? Do you like Star Wars? | | Star Wars 3 | | | | |

| | Star Wars for me is almost a Religion, I love the original trilogy the best and in my view it can not be beaten. The new Star Wars films were ok, I liked the third on the Revenge of the Sith the best, but I would watch any of them anytime I had the chance. I even have a new found appreciation of Jar Jar Binks because of another member on MyLot who gave me a different insight on him. I think the whole story line throughout the films is just so epic in scale and they have definitely shaped a generation that grew up with them. | | | | | | |

| | The 3rd Revenge of the sith was my favorite of the thee new ones too. Too bad they couldn't of done the 1, 2 and 3 before doing the older ones which make it 5, 6 and 7 in the sequel part that is. | | | |

| | Even though I am a big Science Fiction fan and the Star Wars movies are more SciFi than Science Fiction, I like the original three quite a lot. I've only seen one of the the others, the first one I think, and it was O'K but not as good as the original ones in my opinion. None of them can compare with a good Science Fiction book though, say one by Heinlein or Asimov or Simak or many of the other great authors. | | | | | | |

| | The first 3 were good, especially the 2 and 3rd. You gotta see the 3rd where Anakin becomes Darth vader. | | | |

| | Of course I love Star Wars! I think it's not enough to say that the movies were great. No, they were legendary. Star Wars became a lifestyle for me. It's now more than a movie. Ever since I first watched it when I was seven I think it has been in my life one way or another, from toys to tv shows to games and to clothing. The movies weren't just for watching. They were for incorporating with your life. If I didn't like Star Wars my life would probably be bland and unimaginative. :D | | | | | | |
