ever got lost?

So far, i have not really being lost in a foreign country at all.. BUt if i were to be in that situation, i guess it will be real fun for i get to explore around.. lol=D That's what holidays and tours are about, exploring.. hehe^_^

However, i will always make sure that i carry a card of the hotel, along with me to wherever i go, so that there's a definite way for me to go back when i'm done exploring for the day.. lol=D

Hi mz_Ira! I have never really gone to a different country
except to Canada so I really have never had that experience!
I would be so scared! I might find it a little exciting in
a way, but if I wasn't able to get someone to help me after
awhile I think then I would be concerned!

i know that would be an awful experience . i have been lost a few times close to home & i didn't like that feeling. as far as flying & getting lost like u are talking about that would never happen because i'm keeping my feet on the grond in tennessee. lol.

Its happend to me once in malaysia, when that time i dont know the local language, people also not aware of english, its almost near to midnight. I have money but no one surrounding to me. a few villagers near by to me.

Ok think what i did there, haha i have mobile and i have few friends in that city, so i called them and booked a cab to my place. Cab came and picked upme to hotel. a bit time i went to past. Thankyou. Happy mylotting.

Years ago I went to Slovenia and had a difficult time at the bus station trying to find out how to get to Poland. Nobody spoke English and I took the wrong bus so I ended up getting another bus back to the bus station. I asked in a loud voice if anyone spoke English. Luckily a Polish boy of fifteen years old did. He told me which bus to get. Funnily enough I bumped into him and his dad when I was looking at a lake in Poland. We exchanged addresses and became pen pals. He visited me and I enjoyed showing him around London.

A couple of years ago I visited Bulgaria and Romania. I wanted to book a train ticket and the booking clerk spoke hardy any English. I stayed patient and understood her drawings to mean I had to book a bed not a seat for the journey. That train came in hours late and then a man spoke no English and offered me bedding.

Last year I took my toddler son to the Baltic States. I got lost because the roads outside the center were marked and I was struggling with my toddler in his buggy and all our luggage. A wheel came off his buggy and I felt so upset about that. Luckily a lady helped me along to our accommodation which without her help I wouldn't have found.

Not me never get lost. I am one of those people that if I was lost I would make an adventure of it if I had the time. If I didn't have the time I would go to the police in what ever country I was in and ask them for help. I like finding new things and places to see. I always have a camera with me no matter where I am. You can always spot a police office they always have on a uniform. I think it would be fun to be sort of lost.
