I have always had a knack for being my own worst enemy! I would
do crazy and wild things from the time I was in high school
all the way through my adulthood! I did drugs, drank heavily,
hung out with the wrong people! I blamed it on my bad family
life. It took until 2 years ago for me to admit my problems.
I am only now trying to make sense of the things that I did
and get help for myself! I could have died from some of the
things that I did! But, I was lucky! I finally decided to go
to a Rehab to try to get my drinking and prescription drug
use under control and while I was there I met many people
both young and old who had worse stories to tell! So I want
to tell everyone here that you can always get help to change
no matter how old you are it is never too late! So don't
continue to be self-destructive because you could end up dead!

I want to change my attitude. I don't want to be like this. I want to become positive
of myself.
