Disney sitcoms---do you still watch them?

My son likes Suite life of zach and cody, wizards of waveryly place too. He is eight. He does not watch Hannah Montana much, though he thinks she is very cute lol.

I'll admit it, I watch iCarly (with Miranda Cosgrove from the movie School of Rock) now and again. I've seen probably about thirteen episodes of the series. It was on one day while I was reading, and I just had the television on for noise. But then I started watching the show, and to my amazement, it was flat out funny.

My kids watch them as well, and though I don't go out of my way to watch them when they are not home, I have been known to just push in the TV station out of habit when they are not here and end up watching them because I am too lazy to find something else on TV. The shows are cute and funny at times. Maybe your mom likes to watch them because they aren't as dramatic as the adult shows. maybe she likes them because as I mentioned she thinks they are funny. My mom is 70, and some of the sitcoms that are on now days, she can't stand to watch, because she says they aren't anything like the Cosby's, Three's Company, and such, which is true, so she has flipped it over to watch the family shows on Disney channel.

i think it is just fine even if teens or not so teens watch these kind of shows. there are so many adults who still watch cause they find it interesting and they fall in love with those shows. but i don't like them. i do see them sometimes but i am not interested to watch them. actually i am interested to watch some shows like these. i guess these shows does not appeal to me just like other shows before that have the same themes or story line as these one. actually i get bored with these ones. i don't know why but they have great songs though. i have seen so many shows similar to this one before. seems that i feel that they are too childish shows now and so i don't like them any more. but many parents like it cause they get to watch it with their children and they have some fun time with their children with this shows. if only i have kids by now i would have love those shows too.

Sure, I still watch them here and there. I don't think you're ever too old for Disney sitcoms. They're clean, good-natured, and usually pretty humorous no matter what your age is. I'm probably in your Mom's age group, and I don't specifically wait for one, but sometimes I'll watch them. I usually won't watch them in their re-runs, but if there's a new one on I'll catch it here or there (when there isn't a good movie on or something good on the history channel) I like Wizard of Waverly, Suite Life of Zak & Cody, and God only knows why, but I like Phil of the Future. I do like the Disney movies best though, I don't think I'd ever tire of those.

my children watch a lot form disney. we miss raven but yes we watch cory in the house and was really happy when one time raven was there as a guest. we also watch wizard of waverly place and zach and cody. we dont watch a lot of hanna montana for my children watches a lot of anime. my children are all teens but still enjoy watching kiddy sitcom. no i dont think that your mom is retrogressing, it is really fun to watch this kinds of show for it is funny, light hearted and makes you feel young. i am 38 years old and i watched it with my teen kids.

I have to admit here every time my niece watches Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly place, Zoe 101, Drake and josh even Un fabulous, I secretly too am enjoying myself. Theres just a certain quality to these teen shows now a days that will make anyones day brighter. When its time for the shows me and my niece are always ready with a bag of chips excited and awaiting the episodes. We do get disappointed sometimes though as they show repeats. I mean we love the repeats too. but sometimes they play the same ones over a week. and she gets up set.

hi my son and daugther loves zac and cody and they love hannah montana but wizard of waverly place nothing cause i don't let them watch that my son is 12 and my daughter is 9 even i like watching the shows too take care happy mylotting

I love Hannah Montana, Wizards of Waverly Place and Zach and Cody. I don't stop what I'm doing to go watch them but if I'm flipping through channels and they are on, I'll stop and watch them. My son is 15 and he was watching them and got me interested in them. Now when I actually do go watch tv and I stop on them he complains because many times for him it is a rerun but I haven't seen it yet so we watch it. lol

Everyone is a child at heart, I guess and it can be entertaining to know what the kids are watching. Kids nowadays are pretty smart and the networks need to keep up with them too. cheers!!
