do you fold the page in the book before you sleep?  

I don't fold pages in a book as that can damage the book overtime, however, I do use the book cover of a book, or a book mark, if I do not memorize the page I am on. Before going to sleep I try to end a chapter that I am reading so that if I do not have a book mark or a book cover, I can either memorize the page number I am on, or I can memorize the chapter. However, anything can be used as a book mark so as to preserve the book and save the page.

I used to fold the pages of my book not just before I sleep but before I put it down just to remind me where I left it off. But like what I said, that was before. I don't do it anymore since most of the books I bought are kinda expensive..and of course, I got introduced to 'bookmarks'! hahahaha. I also make my own so I don't have to buy any, and at least, I love the designs. Now, I hate those people who borrow books from me but folds the pages.. that's why, I make them understand that I'm not going to lend them any of my reading materials unless they promise that they will not fold any of their pages..^_^

I don't fold the page or "dog ear" the pages of the book I'm reading. I value books so much and as a book collector, I always want my books to be in the best form. So I just use a book marker sometimes. However, I'm more used to just memorizing the page. Or better yet, when I read, I make sure I stop at the end of one chapter so that when I get back to reading the book, all I have to do is just look up the new chapter where I'm supposed to start at.

you know it is not good habit to fold pages before sleep, because you are liking that books thats why you are reading, If you are folding pages, It is bad to keep book for long time as same condition.
So IF you dont want to miss that page do one thing before sleep put nice & your favorite card between the pages so you can continue.
It wont affect your book pages,& it will available for long life

i actually do. just a little fold though. i am not ruining the book, it's just that it has been my habit when i read a book. just that.

I always have a bookmark with me whenever I read any novel, books. I don't like folding my book, it is a treasure for me. Hehehe.

I never fold the pages in my book I much rather use a bookmark then do that. I like to leave my book still looking new.

I use book marks for it. Books can be spoiled due to the folds on its edges... Besides i do love to preserve quality books.
