Is weight loss pills safe to use?

I think about the only one that is effective is Alli, but apparently that causes uncontrollable diarrhea. I think it is far more effective to reduce what you eat, cut out processed foods and high fat things, eat more fruit and vegetables, lean meats and whole grains. We are such an "instant gratification" society that we forget things like losing weight take time. Think about how long it took to put that weight on.

depend on brand is that under tested . i try a lot of type slimming pill before so far got no side effect, but one of a actor in my country he take slimming pill end up he got side effect and getting fatter and fatter is because that medical is not under tested ... so beware of that

I dont know if it is really safe .
I did not use pills for weght loss because I
am thin and not so big. So far I heard that
some people using pills have reaction depending
on our health capacity. Others got died because of
overusing of some pills and others also succesful of
it.
