How was your "brought up"? was it hard/fair/good/excellent?

I am the only child in the family, so my parents gave their love to me all at once. They were both working before, and they really give me everything that they can. Sometimes, I regretted on many things that I done stupidly before, and NOW, I am trying to patch the faults, and start all over again. My "brought ups" just fair, nothing extraordinary. Hopefully, someday, somehow, I could do something out of ordinary for my family.

Hi substance..I think I was fairly brought up.My family was too a conservative one and my father gave me ethics which I will always remember.I am the only child of my parents so in future I hope to fulfill their massive expectations...

I grew up in a very hardworking, conservative type family, with good values. Where I grew up was on a dairy farm in a little farming community (where everybody knows everybody else and helpful to each other.) We were definitely not wealthy, and often had to scrape by. But because of that, we learned how to help each other, and make do with what we had. My childhood years were spent working very hard. I'd get up in the morning, go out and milk cows, then shower and go to school. After school, I'd change, go out and clean the barns, eat supper, milk cows again, and then shower and do homework and go to bed. It was a hard childhood because of the work, but there was so much love and I think that's what counts most!

My brought was good. Despite poverty my parents offered me every chance to have goo education. I did not utilize this opportunity to the fullest. That is another story.

I had a good childhood. I had good parents. I grew up in a small town in Georgia (USA). I grew up in the 1980's and I was a "latch-key kid." Both my parents worked full-time jobs. My dad often worked two jobs trying to make our lives a little better. My sister is nine years older than I am. She got married when I was still young (sixth grade I think), so it was almost like I was an only kid for a while. I had responsibilities and chores I was expected to take care of, such as washing dishes, cutting the grass, and doing some of the laundry. I was rewarded with an allowance when I did these things, and if for some reason I did not get them done, I was punished. I have no regrets about my childhood. We were not rich, and I had to do some work at times, but overall, it was good. The fact that my parents were usually not around meant that I had to learn to do things for myself. Personally, there are some thing I should have done differently, but other than that, I had a good life growing up.

well for my case, i can say that i was not brought up in a good way . i mean to say that there was no scarcity lo luxury, but i never experienced love in my house . so i always felt lonely, though i had many luxories . but these conditions have thut me how to live the life hard way and now i love to do hardwork, and i dont wawste time at all . u see im 16 now and i want to make my own money so that when i m 18 i can withdraw my money and make my own identity .

W was( my brothers and I) brought up quiet average and fair not enough wealthy but not poor, our father gave us every thing we need, even the house where I am living now

In retrospect,my childhood is not so hard but either so easy.I was born in the countryside and our family lives on farming.I have not done much farming work.The thing I take as a pity is that I have not been able to get enough books to read.If I had enough to read,I might have developed a habit of reading widely and gained a host of knowledgel.

I would say my bringing was good. I have an older brother. May be my family was not rich, there was many items I did not get, but it was good education etc.
