Has anyone tried the foot detox pads?  |

|  I have a friend who does the foot detox soaks at her chiropractors office. She said the water ended up being pretty icky looking. I saw the foot pads that you place on the arch of the foot and you wear them overnight. I was wondering if anyone has used these before and what you felt about them. Are they good and do you think that they really pull the toxic stuff out of our systems through our feet???? Are they worth the money?

| |  My husband uses them - every now and then. They do turn all nasty and brown. He said that after using them he has less pain in his legs and joints and he feels more rested (less fatigued). So he uses them if his legs are bothering him or when he feels overly fatigued. They have not affected his health in any onther way though (don't affect his being a diabetic or back and shoulder pain).
I recommend that you get a few and try them and see what they do (or don't do) for you and then make up your mind.

| | If you want to try some, you can get a few "sample" off-brand pads at ebay very inexpensively and then if you like them you can get them in bulk lots for very little compared to the store price - that is how I got the pads for my husband. | | | |
