I can't imagine anyone wanting to barf... but in the cartoon they are having a contest to see who can hold from barfing the longest.
Did you know there really are people who do like to throw up? It makes me sick just to think about it. Have you ever seen anyone in real life that liked to barf. Apparently people can get paid big bucks to actually barf.

But I don't like barfing, it can actually do alot of damage to your esophagus and can cause alot of other problems. I hate barfing so therefore try to prevent it, but then at other times I do sometimes feel better after I have.
