Do you have any particular time to wake up? is it the alarm that wakes you up?

I rarely use an alarm. If I take up 6 hours early, will usually be awakened at that time. Natural unconscious practice is good for life.

I wake up at seven on most days, so that I have enough time to get ready and get to work. However, on weekends, the time I get up is entirely dependent on the time I went to bed the night before and what kinds of activities I have planned for the day. If nothing is planned, I like to sleep in, but if I have something to do, I'll usually get up at least two hours prior to it and take my time getting ready in the morning.

hi krupesh. i wake up at 4:20 am on work days (with my alarm) and by 5 am on the weekends (no alarm). my body is so used to gettting up that early, i can't sleep in if i try.

I just woke up a few seconds a go. It's 3:39pm here in NY. I should never have slept so long. But,I try not to fight my body needing rest. So,no there is no set time for me to wake up. I don't dare keep an alarm in my room.

I can usually wake up without an alarm but if I need to wake and do something particular then I will set an alarm. I wake at 7:30 without alarm and weekends 8:00 am.

I set my alarm the night before depending on whether or not I have class the next day. Last semester I used to get up at 8:00 A.M. regardless, only because I took my Adderall at 7 and fell back to sleep. That used to wake me up at 8:00 when it kicked in. But now, i just wake up an hour before class, take my medicine, and head off. I notice that I get more done and I have more energy when I wake up earlier. I feel there is more time to get things done and just live!

I think once you are used to waking at a certain time the body becomes used to it and automatically wake up at the same time everyday. I do still keep the alarm by the bed just in case, but most of the time I wake up before it even goes off.

I ussualy wake up with 5 minutes before the clock rings. It is a little bit odd, but I like it that way.:D

My waking time depends on my sleeping time. I just make sure to have atleast 8 hours of sleep a day. If I have to wake up early, I just wake up early. I keep an alarm just in case my biologial clock fails me.

I have been getting up around 6.15 am everyday. I am setting an alarm for waking up. Actually I wake up by myself in the usual time then also just wait for the alarm bell lol). In weekends sometimes I am getting up little late but it is not usual.
