Work is going alright, though they cut us back to 35 hours a week now, which sucks, but other then that its going good. Well except for more people are saying they cant afford their vehicle loans now, which sucks, for both of us lol. Girlfriend is good too.

It only takes me about two words...there are just some people I have an automatic dislike for, and I am usually correct...from my point of view, anyway.

There have been one or two that later down the line I became friends with, but it took a LOT of work.

It must have been that first impression that set the others off like that. Most of the time, they are so quiet. Every once in awhile, the voices in my head do seem to go into high alert. I suppose it is like an internal warning system when meeting someone I may not like right away.

Have you ever noticed that the reasons for not liking someone (when you first meet them) may not always make sense or be logical??

I just had to chime in here. I can so relate to people suddenly disliking one if they find out that they are wicca/pagan. This has actually happened to me in my own apartment building. I've practically have lived here forever, as well as the other tenants. They KNEW me before I decided to follow the pagan/wicca path...like liked me, trusted me, invite me into their apartments. Then it "got out" that I was a pagan/wiccan. All of a sudden the very same "kind" lovely neighbors viewed me completely differently. All of a sudden I was "evil" and no doubt they had images of me bent over a bubbling cauldron casting spells and making gingerbread cookies out of kids....
Bottom line...most of these neighbors (the God fearing type and the one who is more Catholic than the pope ignore me and actually fear me) Sheesh

One of my good friends here...when we first met, it was BAD!!! We were on each other like you wouldn't believe...but now we are pretty good friends here. We still disagree on a lot of things, but there's that mutual respect thing going on.

Yep you could not have said it better. We may have different views with our friends but thats what makes life, debate and reason. You have to respect a friends point of view even if you disagree. That is the beauty of friendship.

Well said zone I have done it myself.. and right here in the Lot, but before letting those feelings run away with me, judging the book by the cover so to speak, I have asked other friends for thier opinion, finding out what the plot is in the book if you like. Now I'm reading the book, loud and clear lol. I'm glad you made friends with that person, I have felt this way with a member of my own family!

The plot is always the best part of any book, Alice. It seem Singsnap is coming up again and the pressure is one me
