is the current avatar your true photo?

Yes, the picture I'm using on my avatar is my true photo. It's really me. Although I know I'm not included in what you were saying beautiful men and women. I'm not blessed with good-looking face like the celebrities. But I'm already contented on how I look. This is what God gave me.

I believe there are beautiful ladies here who are using their true photo while there are some who uses a fake photo. Mine is not a photo of myself because it's a logo or symbol of my favorite band Tool's Lateralus album. I don't post my photo here but only on social networking sites. I have no plans of changing my avatar because people here are already used to it. It might create confusion if i do change it. But if ever i have to change it, i won't hesitate to use my true photo. There's no point of of using other people's photo because i am quite confident of myself.

Yes, the current avatar I am using is of me, though it isn't so current now. LOL It was taken back in the summer of 2007 so it's almost 2 years old. I uploaded it a day or 2 after it was taken and have been using it as my avatar ever since.

I may be putting up a new one this coming summer. So be sure to keep an eye out for it!

No. Right now the photo of my avatar is a photo from my son. But I think we have something in common because he is my son:)

The current avatar is a red flower. I love the color and I have kept it since I have joined this place. In between I keep uploading my own photo, on my friends' demand.

Well, the photo that is included with my Avatar on here, is the real me. This picture was taken about 3 yrs. ago, and it is actually the main picture I use on a lot of the different sites I am on, and this is actually how people know me as well. But I do agree that it is quite interesting to be able to really see who a person is by looks so it can help us get to know a person better in here as well.

I seldom use my picture as an avatar, but I do not put a picture of someone else and let others think that is it me either. I am camera-shy that is why I don't post my own picture. I use images and pictures of other things instead.

i change my avatar from time to time as a way of making myself less recognisable to the trolls on here, it's unfortunate that i feel that i have to do that.
