Do you like to write a story yourself?  | |  I betcha some of us here might like to read, and they have particular opinion toward some good books. Have you ever try to write a story yourself sometimes after you read so many. Some of us might have some imaginations on mind, and desperately want to write it down on paper. Do you ever think of it?

Also I would love to write a story about my family, from my great-great grandparents to now. My great-great grandfather raised prized bulls & one of his own family turned the bull a loose on my great-great grandfather and killed him. It took over 1000 gallons of water to clean the blood up & clean my great-great grandfather. My great-great grandfather was a rich man & he had some greedy relatives. I have a lot of great stories that I could write about my family. And some would be almost like Fried Green Tomatoes. If I wrote a book it would be completely about a southern family.

However I have written other types of stories with adult content. So as you can see I have various interests. But I don't write because I read a book, I write because I feel like expressing myself.

Its not that I have not tried my hands at story-writing, but every time I sat down to write a story, I would end up in writing the story of any recent movie I had watched or any recent books I had read. I then consoled myself that I am not made that way by the almighty to be creative and write some stories of my own.
