yes, i want to lose my weight. although i am not a fatter.but i still don't feel quite comfortable for my weight. if i lose my weight,i will feel i am younger, and jump higher, run easily, and also more healthy. so i must do some experience, don't eat too much. eat fruit always. God bless you.

It would be great to be that slim again, but honestly, I didn't look healthy even though I was. I want to lose about 100lbs by this time next year. I've already changed my diet by reducing sugars and practically eliminating soft drinks (they almost make me ill just to taste them now when a few weeks ago I could drink nearly a 12pk of canned soft drinks per day).
