why do people are so fond of back biting????

well we all do? do you agree??? we just cant help but back stab or back bite other people. even if we really didnt intend to do it. but just suddenly we cant help but do it. we are trying not to... but its so hard to stop from doing it... how can or could we stop it??? the things we do without even knowing it hurts alot of people and others may destroy other peoples lives. because gossiping or backbiting is completely wrong. its so easy to do it but hard to pull it back. because once you do it, you can never really completely undo the wrong.
