| |  In Canadian we have Canada Day or what used to be called Dominion Day on July 1st. That is when we started our confederation. No shooting, no violence, just the prime minsters getting together in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island and signing the confederation documents. Then we have fireworks, go out for picnics, wave flags, and do all that wonderful stuff you do on Independence days.
