If you can handle his behavior in an appropriate way,other than beating him like that then maybe you shouldnt have him.
No matter his vocabulary is, a 5 year old shouldnt be hit at all like that.
Honestly, that kind of thing should be reported to cps.

Maybe you need to re evaluate your form of discipline with your son, what you are doing is not working. I suggest you look into 1 2 3 magic for Christian parents. It has done wonders for my kids. In fact they are like different children.

I have four boys and one girl and I could tell you that boys are just so much more active than girls. I think it just shows you from the beginning of life that men are so different compared to women. I heard in a show once that girls will have good listening skills from early in life whereas boys will start to show the early signs of not listening to a female. Of course there are exceptions.

i think that u should program his day in order keep him bussy. Make him join the activities of him interest so that he can utilise him energies in something positive. do not hit him. punish him in a different way like:- locking him in a room or not giving him what he like in the food. do this when u r not left with any other option. try to motivate him by gifts n outings. try to improve the bonding between u n ur son by surprising him with something new. try to make him understand that u need to behave properly if u want good gift, rides or fun activities. no pain no gain. if u do good, u get good. if u do bad, u get bad.
