Break up or make up?

No big moments we shared before, yet had a relationship of friend with caring motives over phone for about six years. Few a days ago, I enthusiastically met her and shared happy moments and it was not unpercievable that we are in love. But all of sudden, on the last day, she came with word that she does not have feeling for me. My emotions then boiled and I couldnot help reasoning why she cared like this then. She says' I am sure to have better partner than her and she proves a selfish this time'. I am at sea noe what to do? Is it a break up or make up of relationship?
