A friend on the past

Happens to me all the time. I've actually tried to search my old friends on line before but to no avail. Sometimes it's just nice to remember all the good times we've had together. I miss all of them but we've all grown apart like literally.

i had a best friend from 1st grade who never left my mind..even after we lost touch at 14 yrs of age.
we always thought about each other and i NEVER forgot her phone number. the ONE time that i did, her number came back to me in a dream. how cool is that?
anyway, long story short, after 7 years of losing touch, we found each other again and we've kept in touch since. she was so shocked that i remembered her phone number all these years.
we've now been friends for 20 years. geez, that makes me feel old, and i'm only 27! lol

Yes something like this happened to me recently. One of my friends who had studied at school posted a message in orkut on my birthday and she wished me. i was sooo surprised and excited to receiver her wishes. She is still remembering my birthday. Even I dont remember her birthday. I havent seen her for the past 12 years....She was my best friend at that time. after those days we didnt meet. Orkut is simply great to find and get in touch with our old friends.

Yes I totally agree, it is a shame that I still live within the local area that I grew up in over 20 years ago. Still within a 2 mile radius of where I started, so there is a strong chance that at some stage some one that knows me, or has seen me before will come up to me and say hallo, just randomly.

yea, sometimes I thought about it too, I miss my partner at my high school, we're always together in everything. I wonder what he's doing now, has he realized his dream? or should I say our dream...., I still working on mine, if someday I have reach the goal before he did I will surely put search on him again.

Yes, this happened to me, i guess it happened a lot of times. In 2005, i suddenly thought about a friend. I suddenly missed her company, the laughter we shared and the happy times we had together. Then I searched for her online, checked email addresses of friends who might me related with her and voila! i got her email address after days and days of searching. We reconnected again and even become closer through txt, chat, and emails. Better friends than we used to. Now, we have become best friends. We always make a point to visit each other especially on our birthdays. I am so happy I have reconnected with a friend on the past.
