Adam is playing the tricks on Ashley

You make a very good case, especially if Adam really did get that earring from the little girl...I don't remember that. It's sort of hard to believe he could hold on to it all this time unless he stashed it away at the Newman house before he went to jail. I've kind of been hoping that Adam wouldn't be responsible because it's an amazingly cruel thing to do to someone who has been supportive of him, but I thought Nikki's remark the other day was a hint...she said something to the effect that Adam could not be trusted. Considering that Adam has grudges against both Jack and Victor, I guess Ashley might be a convenient target just because of how important she is to both men. Estella might be involved as well, possibly assisting Adam. I'm not so sure Adam is faking his poor eyesight, though I guess he might be exaggerating it...anyway, with Estella's assistance, he could better carry out a plot like this even if his eyesight really is getting worse. Estella for instance might have put the speaker that broadcast the baby crying out where Ashley would hear it, and she could do be doing anything that requires leaving the mansion. The rest of the help might be involved as well. Even Zapato. OK, not Zapato. I'm inclined to dismiss the possibility of Nikki being involved out of hand...she seems too stable at the moment to do something like that. Sabrina might be haunting the Newman mansion, but I don't think she'd want to cause Victor such pain. Ashley could be going nuts like everyone else, but did she even know the history of the dress and the earrings? It didn't seem to register at all with her as she put them on so I doubt she would have selected them herself even subconsciously. Hmmmm...I think we have an interesting storyline on our hands here!

Just last week, we seen Adam putting some sort of shots into his eyes right before the doctor (that Victor hired) came into the room to examine him.He is not blind or going blind. He is the one who is trying to cause all of the problems with Ashley. I think he is doing it as he doesn't want Victor to have another child. I believe that Ashley is going to eventually lose the baby. I don't think that Estella is in on any of this and is just an innocent bystander. I hope that somehow she can get her job back at the Newman Ranch once the whole situation with Ashley comes out in the light. I don't know how dangerous Adam could be with Ashley and I hope that he doesn't do something to make her hurt herself. I hope that he doesn't physically harm her either.

Yeah, I think it is Adam... remember he was doing that work out all the time to try to get the ankle monitor off? Now suddenly they don't show him doing that! NOt to looking forward to it tho... rather old hat! Get back at Victor. Ho -hum. I want to see Gloria/Jeffery/Jill shananagins to get back at Victor.. don't like any of them that much, but together... they could do some hilarious things and give the show a boost in the moral department!!!
