Nomincashout - just down or has already closed?

I just signed up for this site yesterday, and it does look like it is down. I don't know these sites come and go maybe it will come back. I never invested in it because I never invest before I reach payout and have been paid at least once. It seemed like a good sight. Who knows.

I think this is just temporary. I have had a PTC come up with this message before and just came back to the site later and it was fine. Wait around for a bit and see if it comes back up. There was talk of them raising their cashout level so who knows.

I think they're updating their computers and/or system(script)
Minimum cashout is $20 now,so they have to turn script OFF,update it,and then turn it ON again,to save changes.
It'll take few hours I think,if they're professionals )))
i don't think that NoMinCashout is scam..yet
but for sure,one day it'll becom,ebecouse increasing payout level means that website is running out of money,that means administration is not working hard lol

yes me too my friend, when i'm about to log-in, there's also this error that says the same thing. and i think that they'll come back. let's just wait and see.

why many of you saying that a site is a scam if its down? its a business,,some fails,some success..dont be selfish..they are paying their members as long as they can..if ever nomincashout will close,,i will never think that they turned to be a scam..i got paid in this site twice..
