Is diary supposed to be a private thing of your own?it's not because something you read in the diary could not be read by your fiance, just before she/he tell you that he/she want to read it,she/he just did it.Do you think it's a totally disregard of you? Share your thought please and Everyone have a great day

My wife keeps her diary carefully. We are approaching on our second year now. Her first diary last 2008 was already kept. but sometimes when we are reminiscing and trying to look up on the dates, we read together her inputs on her diary and we enjoy reading it.

If you are getting married then nothing is private. I don't keep a "diary" but I do write poetry and I don't care who reads it. I prefer that my boyfriend reads it actually, it's a whole lot easier then trying to explain what I think and feel.

Sure, sure, sure, why not? I mean she would be the most important person in mylife and she will have every right to know each and every thing about me. i will not dis allow her to get to know about me from my diary. I am not a diary writter but I do write online which is based on my life experience, so you can call them a diary, I will never stop my wife reading them.

In my opinion, diary is a private thing. Anyone who has read it without getting the owner's permission beforehand is unpolite and should apologize for his or her behavior. Anyway, I wont read anyone's diary or ask for permission to read it.It doesnt mean that I dont feel curious about someone's past and secrets, especially those of someone I care about. But I do think that everyone has their own rights to keep something to their own for this or that reason, and we should respect and understand them.
