British tv show???

My son and I used to watch an awesome (and quite hilarious) tv show. It was from the UK I think and was basically about this man who had super hero powers but his girlfriend wanted him to act like he was normal. He could check to see if the front door was locked from inside the bedroom and even pick up stuff bare-handed when it had just been taken out of the oven! Anybody have any idea what the name of the show was?

I think you must mean the TV series My Hero with Ardal O'Hanlon.

Totally cool.. I'll look it up I would like to purchase a season or two if they are available... it was hilarious! We really enjoyed it but about the time we figured out for sure which night and what time it came on, the schedule changed and we could no longer find it! Thanx!

I did a quick check and seasons 1 and 2 are on DVD and are available in region 1. Just have a peep on Amazon and you will find them. It was a funny show and I do love Ardal O'Hanlon, he is just so funny. I loved him in Father Ted.
