Whaaah! It happened again!  | |  Last night I had an insomnia again. It's the longest time I've been awake so far. I went to bed at 12mn and it was hard for me to fall asleep. I can't do anything and I missed myLot for one day (Darn!) because the electricity was out. I was awake from 12mn to 6am in the morning. I hate it when I'm having an insomnia. How about you guys? How many hours you've been awake because of insomnia?

It looks weird because I am doing exercise at night time, not in the morning until I got tired so I can sleep better. You should try it also, happy mylotting...=)
