What is the difference between love and like?  |

 I had been thinking about this for some days. If anyone has brilliant ideas to express, fell free to share.
I really did not get this concept. I men- I have heard people telling 'I love my mom' and some others saying 'I like my mom'. Is there any difference?

Wen u say u love someone, u have a feeling which makes u feel so special wen u are wit that person. Even the worst time becomes so special. It maybe your mom or girlfriend or boyfriend or anyone who u love. Whereas wen u like someone, u jus like them.. They are a part of your life n u always do everything u can to keep them around n keep them happy. Tats how i would define these two.
