What would you say is the best grass for the lawn

I have Bermuda grass which is okay. The builder planted it on my property. The thing I hate most about it is it's very invasive. I have to constantly pull it out of my flower beds. I saw a couple of homes with Fescue, and I think it is very pretty. I think if I were to grade grasses I would give it a 10.
