What place in Switzerland do you find most beautiful?  | |  Have you been to Switzerland? I have been to Switzerland a couple of times and this country never cease to amaze me. I wouldn't want to take away my eyes from the beautiful scenery and interesting buildings that this country offers. I have visited most of the cities in this beautiful country and every city has its own charm and beauty. Now, I cannot even think which place in Switzerland is most beautiful because for me Switzerland in its entirety is the most beautiful country I have been to. | | | | | | 1.  derlilaStern (1294) | 8 months ago |  This is easy for me. I have only been to one city in Switzerland - Lucerne. It was absolutely beautiful! I spent 3 months in Europe. When I got home, I had 3 pictures printed and framed which now hang in my dining room. One of them is the bridge in Lucerne. It was simply beautiful!
I also went up to Mount Rigi while I was there. It was amazing. The city of Lucerne was foggy and drizzly. The top of the mountain was clear and beautiful. So many amazing things to see up there!

The Chapel bridge in Lucerne is the most popular landmark of the city. I have been to this place probably 5 times already and every visit was a different experience. On one occasion I took the boat which cruises around lake Lucerne and it was so beautiful looking at the city from that perspective. If you love Lucerne then certainly there are a lot of other places in Switzerland to visit just as charming and beautiful as Lucerne. | |

| | 2.  yuansplace (199) | 6 months ago |  When you have the opportunity to visit again, you better visit Thun, a small town in Bern where you can appreciate more of the nature. You can see the river crossing the city and its mountaneous area. You can experience the local cuisine plus the people are just very nice. Thun offers number of restaurants that features local drinks. Also when you are here during September, they celebrate some sort of tradition where a Fülahung will be very famous. He is the master of this time and he is one of the marks of this small town. Hope you can come here soon. Have a nice day.
